HOW TO MAKE A BOOKING Once you've select an itinerary and a departure date that suits your plans, bookings can be made in one of two easy ways:

Booking Information Payment/ Deposit Details: Payments can be made via direct deposit into our bank account, credit card or cheque. Full details will be provided to you at time of reservation. Some tours may require a deposit within 7 days of booking confirmation. Full details will be provided to you at time of reservation. Cancellation Policy: Full details of the tours cancellation policy will be provided in writing at time of booking. Travel Documents: Final documents will be issued upon receipt of cleared funds. Travel Insurance: Travel insurance is strongly recommended. The insurance should cover loss arising from the passenger’s inability to travel due to any reason whatsoever. The Traveller accepts no responsibility for any loss, damages or expenses incurred by a person travelling. Surcharges: Some tours may have additional levies, please ask your consultant at time of booking.
